Digital & physical accessibility

Our commitment: a site and a clinic accessible to all patients in the Oriental, regardless of their physical, sensory or linguistic constraints.

Digital accessibility

This site targets WCAG 2.2 level AA compliance. Good practices:

  • Semantic structure: H1→H2→H3, ARIA, breadcrumbs.
  • Full keyboard navigation, "Skip to main content" link.
  • Contrast ≥ 4.5:1; respects prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Native RTL support (Arabic).
  • Images: descriptive alt or aria-hidden.
  • Forms: visible labels, explicit errors.

Physical accessibility on premises

  • Step-free entrance, no blocking threshold.
  • Spacious lifts serving all floors.
  • Accessible toilets on every floor.
  • Reserved parking spaces.
  • Trained reception staff.

Linguistic accessibility

Reception and consultations in French, Arabic and English. Site available in all three languages. Bilingual companion welcome.

Known limitations

  • The AR and EN versions do not yet have the full editorial corpus.
  • Some images of the technical platform still lack a long description.
